My services are designed for small business owners and sole traders who are ready to take their business seriously, but don’t have the time, knowledge or confidence to figure out their branding alone.

My 3D Design Process.

Before I put pen to paper, we’ll start with a discovery call to understand what makes your business tick. We’ll talk about your business, your goals, your values and the people you’re trying to reach, helping me discover what makes you different, where you want to go and what your brand needs to achieve. From there, I’ll carry out further research into your industry, competitors and audience to uncover opportunities and make sure your brand has a place of its own.

All of this discovery comes together to create a clear design direction, giving us a solid foundation for the creative work to follow.

Once we’ve agreed on a clear design direction, it’s time to bring the ideas to life. I’ll start by sketching and developing logo concepts, then narrowing them down to the two strongest options for your business. Once you’ve chosen your preferred direction, I’ll develop the wider identity around it, including logo variations, colours and typography, along with any other elements included in your package. We’ll then refine the identity together, with two rounds of revisions included as standard, until everything feels right and ready to use.

Once your new identity is ready to go, it’s time to put it to work. Your final files will be packaged and organised clearly, with the right formats for both digital and print, so you can easily find what you need when you need it. You’ll also receive a handy guide explaining what each file is for, where and when to use it, and everything else you need to get the most from your new identity. By the end of the process, you’ll have an organised, ready-to-use brand toolkit and the confidence to start marketing your business.

VoidD keeps pricing straightforward, so you can get a clear idea of what your branding investment looks like before we start. Packages are designed around the needs of small businesses, with clear starting points for the core work and bespoke pricing where a project needs more time, research or collaboration.

Agencies have bigger overheads, larger teams and often need to take on higher-value projects to support them. VoidD is a small, independent studio, so you’re paying for the creative work itself rather than layers of overhead. That means I can offer professional branding at a price that makes sense for small businesses.

Every business is different. A solo business usually needs a simpler process, while larger teams can involve more research, feedback and approval. My packages cover the common requirements, with bespoke pricing available when a project needs more.

Some projects need more time and involvement than others. Rather than inflating every package to cover the most complex projects, I keep the core pricing transparent and tailor anything outside the package to your needs.

Most branding projects take around 6 weeks from the initial discovery session to final delivery. I’ll give you a clear timeline before we start, so you’ll know what to expect at each stage.
